In June 2023, Anna loses her beloved in the war. The camera becomes her way of coping, and the film itself turns into a form of psychotherapy. It is a story of grief, of trying to escape into the frontline — where, paradoxically, it feels calmer. Between reporting trips to war zones and life in a big city far from the front, she constantly faces dissonance. Society fails to understand her, just as she cannot accept the notion of “safe” existence. She keeps losing friends and loved ones. Family sometimes gives her strength, but at other times drains it away. Her life seems to unfold in fragments between visits to her beloved’s grave.​
